Ongoing Support

All of the apps we work with and implement for our clients are easy to use and support. But that doesn’t mean you won’t sometimes benefit from getting some expert help. We have 3 easy options for you:

Fixed Fee Support Contract

Depending on the apps you run and the size of your business, we’ll quote a fixed monthly fee so any of your team can call any time they need help. We do require a minimum 12-month commitment for this option.

Prepaid block of time

It might suit you better to buy a block of time. When you need support, we’ll charge against this, and let you know when it needs topping up.

Pay by the hour

If you don’t need much support, and lots of clients get to this stage, just call or email when you need help. We’ll provide support and charge you hourly.
