Xero

Xero is the accounting solution we recommend to the majority of SME clients. It is very easy to use and is a great entry level solution for most small businesses.

Xero is 100% cloud based, so you have nothing to install locally, you access your data via a web browser (usually one of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari).  You can access your data from a PC, from a Mac, from a tablet or a mobile phone – great for businesses on the go!

Xero is also super easy to extend, with an amazing range of add on products – there are now something like 500 to choose from, covering areas such as inventory management, point of sale, job costing and invoicing and so on.  This allows you to integrate all the systems you need to run your business into a single solution.

SMART BANK RECONCILIATION: Most bank transactions are reconciled automatically, largely eliminating data entry. (We've seen this single feature revolutionise some businesses by freeing people up to concentrate on profit-generating activities).

ACCESS FROM ANYWHERE: With your data in the cloud you can create invoices, check who's paid you and review your financial position any time you like (from your PC, Mac or smartphone).  In addition, to make it even easier, the Cloudsolve team can log on and work on your accounts as well.
